ImageBloom, Inc. is a fast-growing marketing and patient recruitment agency specializing in the clinical research and healthcare industry. We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative and Marketing Assistant.

The Administrative and Marketing Assistant will work closely with ImageBloom senior leadership, our staff, our current and prospective clients, and the internal marketing team. The role is responsible to provide various administrative support, assist with conferences and other special projects, as well as occasionally support the marketing team. The successful candidate is an experienced professional with a positive outlook who enjoys helping others. The Administrative and Marketing Assistant is an excellent communicator, takes great pride in the quality of work, detail oriented, tech savvy, and excels at multitasking. A background in both administrative support and general marketing functions is a plus.

Primary job duties for this position consist of the following:

Administrative Support

  • Coordinate schedules, plan meetings and travel
  • Help with basic HR functions and new employee onboarding paperwork
  • Conduct research on various topics
  • Create PowerPoint presentations and maintain or build Excel files
  • Invoice and payment tracking and various bookkeeping support
  • Customer support and communication
  • Business Development support
  • Organization of online filing processes
  • Other administrative responsibilities as needed

Conference Support

  • Assist with conference planning, including working with vendors and event coordinators
  • Coordinate logistics for shipping booth contents and travel plans
  • Prepare logistics documents to prep the conference team prior and during event attendance
  • Track and communicate with event sponsor
  • Control inventory and order marketing materials and giveaways for the ImageBloom booth

Marketing Support

  • Assist with communications materials including press releases, blog articles, content, newsletters, and marketing materials
  • Schedule social media updates and regularly monitor social media platforms, sometimes responding to mentions, comments, and direct inquiries
  • Upload blog posts on various platforms
  • Upload content to create email marketing campaigns
  • Prepare reports, analyze, and draw insights from marketing metrics


  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in a combination of administrative, conference management, and marketing-related roles
  • Well-rounded team player who is comfortable performing and managing a versatile workload
  • Organized and able to prioritize work and tasks
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Proficient user of Microsoft Office suite, Google Suite, and other platforms

The Business Development Manager interfaces with industry sponsors, clinical research organizations (CROs), site networks, clinical research sites, and healthcare practices to develop marketing plans for patient recruitment into clinical trials on a national and international level. After learning and understanding ImageBloom’s go-to-market, key service offering, and sales strategies, the role will be responsible for helping build and manage the organization’s sales pipeline by generating leads, responding to new and potential customer inquiries, and following up, nurturing, and ultimately closing new business opportunities. Our ideal qualified candidate will have a background in clinical research and a proven track record of business development success.

Primary job duties for this position consist of the following:

  • Develop comprehensive plans for centralized marketing campaigns across multiple channels in numerous national and international markets
  • Maintain sales pipeline and provide timely follow up with potential leads
  • Maintain proper documentation of all communication within the ImageBloom Management System
  • Monitor and report competitors’ marketing and sales activities and capabilities
  • Negotiate agreement language with potential client and/or legal counsel
  • Communicate service opportunities and feedback gathered through customer outreach processes
  • Participate in and contribute to weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual sales and account planning meetings
  • Oversee new project execution by working with internal ImageBloom teams to ensure all negotiated deliverables are being provided to customers within expected timelines
  • Attend conferences and events as requested or needed
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and procedures regarding the HIPAA Privacy Rule

Minimum Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of business development experience
  • 2+ years of experience within the clinical research industry or biotech field
  • Understanding of sales and marketing statistics, KPIs, and benchmarks
  • Knowledge of sales promotion techniques and marketing and advertising strategies for patient recruitment
  • Solid organizational, planning, and follow-up skills, including attention to detail, timely communications, and ability to multi-task

ImageBloom, Inc. is a fast-growing marketing and patient recruitment agency specializing in the clinical research and healthcare industry. We are currently seeking experienced call center representatives to fill immediate openings.

Responsibilities include:

A. Represent ImageBloom in a professional and courteous manner (verbal, written, and in appearance) when interacting with ImageBloom clients

B. Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner

C. Phone screen potential participants, taking a full and thorough medical history

D. Schedule potential participants if required by the client

E. Document the outcome of all calls in clients’ Clinical Trial Management System

F. Follow up with potential patients as required by the client

G. Meet personal and/or team qualitative and quantitative targets

H. Attend client calls to discuss recruitment needs as required

I. Perform other tasks as required.

Job Type: Full-time, Hybrid Role

At ImageBloom, our Animated Graphic Designers work closely with our Marketing and Social Media teams to execute on skillfully crafted marketing plans. The Graphic Designer’s role is to create engaging material for our clients that represent ImageBloom’s brand and high level of quality.

Our ideal candidate must be driven, detail-oriented, self-motivated, organized, and show a passion for creating original, competitive, and strategically designed digital media.

Primary job duties for this position consist of the following:

  • Produce compelling social media ads, videos, gifs, flyers, brochures, and event media
  • Ensure brand consistency across all social platforms and media
  • Collaborate with our Social Media and Marketing teams to coordinate the timing of project deliverables
  • Exhibit curiosity to understand and embrace new trends and best practices, continuously developing new skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, digital media, animation, or a related field
  • 2 years of experience with a proven work history of graphic design and animated motion graphics
  • Motion graphic design/animation capabilities utilizing Adobe After Effects
  • High-level working knowledge of Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and After Effects
  • Professional file management and organization skills
  • The ability to work independently and communicate professionally
  • Possess and demonstrate a passion for design
  • Familiarity working on Apple Computers
  • The ability to learn and adapt quickly
  • Respond well and quickly to feedback
  • Being bilingual is a plus

ImageBloom, Inc. is a full-service advertising agency focused on the healthcare and clinical research industries. As a fast-growing agency, we are seeking a marketing specialist to join our team.

Qualified candidates have a bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field and at least 2 years of marketing experience, with a high-level skill set in all forms of advertising. Clinical research or healthcare background is preferred but not required.

Job duties for this position consist of the following, but may include other duties as delegated by IB leadership:

  • Work directly with clients to assess marketing goals and objectives,
  • Execute advertising campaigns and ensure their success,
  • Blog and press release writing and ability to distribute effectively,
  • Email blast creation through MailChimp,
  • Digital ad placement and management,
  • Google Adwords placement and management,
  • Analytics reporting to show results of all campaigns (requires Google Analytics reporting knowledge),
  • Exhibit an always-learning attitude through continuing education in the marketing field and then distributing that knowledge to team members,
