1. Can you introduce yourself and share a fun fact we might not know about you?
I’m Rubi, a Miami native with a love for all things Cuban (I am obviously Cuban lol) – especially the food and salsa dancing! I’m the youngest of four and I consider myself the cool auntie to three awesome kiddos.
2.What’s your go-to work playlist or favorite motivational song that gets you in the marketing zone?
I usually listen to music without words because if not, it’s a wrap for my attention span. I stick to lo-fi music with the pomodoro timer on YouTube to keep me in check. Something like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7JhIMXVC0Dg

4. What are the must-have items on your desk that keep you inspired and organized?
What really keeps me organized is my digital to-do list but my noise canceling headphones and some coffee will do the trick.
5. Do you have any pets?
2 cats – Kiko and Kara, they’re Cuban as well.
6. If your marketing career were a movie or TV show, what would it be called, and who would play you?
TV Show, because I’m always learning new things in marketing and trying to see what calls out to me most, so we’re going to need some seasons for that. The show would be called “Ad-ventures,” and I’d choose Anne Hathaway, cause I love her.

8. What is your biggest pet peeve?
A complainer/ car problems
9. Share a self-care ritual or activity that helps you recharge after a busy day in marketing.
I go for a walk in the morning and after work, I work from home so after staring at a screen all day it just kind of resets me.
10. If you could swap places with anyone for a day, who would it be?
Someone rich and retired. It’s giving island hopping, shopping, probably with a million hobbies, under the radar and living my best life. Maybe Dua Lipa, comes out like twice a year to perform and spends the rest of her time on vacation. Kween.
11. Out of all the people you know, who would you want to sit next to on a 14-hour flight?
My roommate, we both always fall asleep, wake up, and get a drink lol.
12. What is your favorite thing about ImageBloom?
My team! My team consists of all women, and we’ve gotten so close over my time here. Working with them just feels like hanging out with friends. Love that for me.
